Welcome superheroes in training! Let me introduce myself. My name is Mrs. Keri Elliott. I have been teaching for 15 years. I am an EIU grad. I have 23 credits toward a Master's Degree in Reading. I am trained in RTI (Response To Intervention) and Reading Recovery. I have taught and subbed at every grade level including preschool, high school, and special education. I live in Decatur with my husband, Chad, my daughter Alicia, and my various pets. My daughter will be in 7th grade at LSA this year. We all have food allergies in my house, mostly gluten. In addition to teaching, my interests are: reading, gardening, exercising, music, dancing, singing, games, biking, hiking, traveling, skating, baking, geocaching, scrapbooking, volunteering at church, 4H Robotics, watching movies, taking classes, hanging with family and friends. I have friends and family all over the United States that I love to visit. I have built this site to inform students, inform parents, and link all of the curriculum related sites together. Enough about me, I can't wait to get started with our training!
